Jenny Rhodes

I’m Jenny-a teacher, coach, retreat leader, manifestor and community connector.

I believe in building physical and spiritual strength and stamina from the inside out, for sustained wellness throughout every season of life.

From the studio sanctuary I manifested in 2020 in my own backyard in Seattle, my programs/classes/retreats/privates are infused with warmth, connection & nourishment in all the ways!

From the roots of yoga, I empower women in mid-life transition, through my seasonal programs which include wholesome vegetarian meals/ snacks, community connection, strength/ flexibility / breath & mindset tools to enhance overall well being.

In my own journey, I've sought the sanctuary of yoga’s rich teachings and practices for over 2 decades!

From yoga philosophy to breathing, asana to meditation, mantra and working with mudras, these embodied practices help me, and my clients move through feelings of overwhelm, anxiety and everyday upsets with more ease and acceptance for self and for the world around us.

I'm a Certified E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) & E-RPYT (Experienced Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher), Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Yoga Trapeze Instructor & Certified Life Coach serving yogis and the yoga-curious in achieving their highest potential.

I've studied with a wide variety of teachers around the globe beginning my freshman year in college when I took my first Hatha yoga class. That first class felt like coming home, and I've since been inspired by countless yoga and non-yoga teachers throughout the past several decades with strong influences in Ashtanga & Vinyasa, Forrest, and classical Hatha. I've over 1000 hours of continuing education invested in my craft, and hundreds of teaching hours since 2005. , Both on and off the mat, I love what I do and I practice what I teach, from the roots of yoga.
